Forum installation modernized.

Hello all,
thanks to a very generously configured installation by our IT department, we are now the proud owners of a brand new shiny forum installation.
Existing content has been adopted - with the expectation that nothing much has changed. If this somehow happened to not be the case, then I would welcome a report.
